AHA Healthcare Provider

The BLS Healthcare Provider Course teaches CPR skills for assisting victims of all ages. This includes doing ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device, and oxygen, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). It's intended for participants who provide health care to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and out-of-hospital.

After completion of this course, students will be able to:


  • Describe the links in the American Heart Association's "Chain of Survival"
  • Describe the steps of CPR for Adults, Children, and Infants
  • Describe the safe and accurate use of an AED
  • Describe the steps and use of a bag valve mask

The cost for this course is $50.00.
